Kenya A grade plantation:- Washed high altitude coffee ranking amongst the worlds finest. Producing medium to full bodied, pungent & snappy brew with high natural acidity & characteristic lingering aftertaste. A big coffee.

Costa Rica Tarrazu:- Sun dried, hand selected coffee grown on steep slopes from 1400 to 1600 meters in volcanic soils. Medium body with excellent acidity, big full clean flavour, crisp finish. Distinctly aromatic.
Guatemala Antigua:- High altitude coffee grown exclusively in the Antigua region. Grown in volcanic soil & temperate climate. Rich full body, crisp sparkling medium acidity, with highly fragrant cup. Highly recommended, leaving a clean sweet palate.
Honduras Marcala “Superior”:- Shade grown, high altitude, washed arabica exhibiting light to medium body with good natural acidity. Excellent rich aroma and full nutty flavour.
Nicaragua Maragogipe Gigante:- Large bold appearance sometimes referred to as “elephant” beans. Medium natural acidity fills the palate, giving way to a medium bodied & smooth well balanced brew with clean mellow aftertaste & Aromatic.

Indian plantation ‘A’ grade (Mysore):- Our standard has a rich smooth body presenting a characteristic almost pungent “sweet” flavour in the cup.

Java Blawan:- Estate grown, exceptional heavy bodied arabica of unique character. Displays a spicy tang, with a rich and nutty texture. Blend with “mocha” for distinctive popular brew.
Sumatra Mandheling - Blue Batak Grade 1:- Natural dry processing helps develop an intense concentration of flavour producing smooth rich coffee. Well developed, full bodied, delicately earthy in character, leaving a beautifully clean soft palate.
Sulawesi Kalosi Toraja:- Highly regarded as a “substitute” for the Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee when it is unavailable. Exceptionally well balanced, naturally low in acidity, with a sweet distinctive flavour.

New Guinea A grade plantation coffee:- Very well graded, evenly sized, high grown clean green beans, resulting in a well rounded full bodied coffee with robust natural acidity. Excellent aroma.
