Quality and Service

Cosmorex Coffee is a family owned and operated business. We have been roasting only the highest quality Green beans sauced from the best growing regions around the world for ……years. Attilio Sciannimanica the Chief director of cosmorex coffee is a third generation in this family business and is still very involved. He is our chief roaster and does all the cupping and tinkering of fine details required to ensure only the freshest and highest quality roasted beans leave our door for you the consume to drink.

Roasting

Cosmorex Coffee prides themselves on producing fresh coffee for everyone to enjoy and consume. We roast 3-5 times a week with our Eco friendly Roaster. We have been roasting with this since July 2009 and it has aided us in achieving a specific and repeatable results. The special way it delivers the hot air into the drum eliminates hot spots helping to achieve a much more uniform roast then can be obtained from the traditional methods. Also Tipping is eliminated and flavours are enhanced.

Delivery

At Cosmorex we never over roast coffee blends to assure that you as the consumer always receive only the freshest and best tasting beans every time you place an order. We can same day deliver to our clients if the orders are in by 9am otherwise it is next day delivery. We deliver Monday to Friday Canberra wide and have Reps who take care of out of town areas.

By the Bean

At Cosmorex we have developed a way for you to enjoy freshly made coffee every day without ever leaving the office. For the boss it means less lost time for staff going to coffee shops. The basic idea of coffee by the bean is we give you a brand new jura Automatic machine we set it up give you coffee and away you go. Every week one of our trained staff members will call into your office or business and service the machine take a reading of how many coffee’s you have drunk and drop off cleaning tablets and more importantly FRESH coffee. At only $1.10 per cup with a 50 cup minimum you can’t go wrong. Service Department

Our friendly team of repair agents have a combined 40+ years of experience servicing and repairing Coffee systems and grinders. We are the certified repair agents for

Diadema BFC, Rancillio, Gaggia, Jura and Maccap.

We also repair Mini Mazza and Gino Rossi Grinders and Bo-ema, Bezzera, Elektra, La Pavoni, San Remo, San Marino, Saeco and Spidem coffee machines in our technologically advanced work shop. With our state of the art diagnostic tools this helps us to provide a quick turn around from the time you get to us to the time your back at home enjoying a fresh cup of coffee. Our staff can advise on how to clean and maintain your machine so that it keeps running at its optimal performance level and add years of life to your home or shop machine. We stock a wide range of spare parts for grinders and coffee systems (machines, stovetops, plungers etc.). Our staff will always answer any questions and advise you throughout the life of your machine.
