Our New Eco Friendly roaster is here!. CosmoreX Coffee is very proud to anounce its new eco-friendly “smokeless” roaster, specially commissioned by Attilio during a recent visit to Italy. It uses less gas and emits less CO2 than both traditional drum and fluid air bed roasters. On any given machine, different roastmasters will roast differently and achieve different results. Our new eco-roaster is a precision instrument that will aid us in achieving a specific and repeatable result. And, the special way that it delivers the hot air into the drum eliminates hot spots, helping to achieve a much more uniform roast than can be obtained from the traditional methods. Tipping is eliminated, and flavour is enhanced. This equipment fits our philsophy and style, as an “artesan” rather than a “commodity” roaster.
