CosmoreX has recently installed new roasting machinery purpose-built for us by Brambati of Italy. This company makes some of the world's most advanced roasters, combining old-time roasting wisdom and the latest in control technology. In conjunction with our Master Roaster's decades of experience as a professional coffee cupper, roaster, blender and judge, the new Brambati machine allows us to consistently create coffees of distinctive quality and character for your drinking pleasure.

Many single coffees do not, on their own, possess the complexity and balance necessary to create the ultimate espresso experience. Blending is the art of melding together more than one origin of coffee to combine the best in each -- whether it be the smooth and mellow textures of the South Americas, the earthy characters of Indonesia, or the bountiful bouquet’s of the African continent.

Drawing on his knowledge of many individual beans and their characteristics, our Master Roaster has created a variety of blends to suit almost any taste. Whether you prefer your espresso sweet and delicate, fruity and floral, or full-bodied and resonant, CosmoreX has a blend just right for you. We also offer a number of unblended coffees for those interested in exploring the individuality of our premium single-origin coffees.
